Mission
The Palm City Botanical Garden’s mission is to share the experience of over 3500 specimens of plants with the public.
Goals
The primary goal of the Palm City Botanical Garden is enjoyment. In addition, with the wide variety of plants, a secondary goal is to continue learning how plants grow and produce.
“Creative adaptability is the key to successful conservation.”
History
In 1987, Phil and Silvia’s home began its transformation into a botanical garden. This transformation included the eventual acquisition of a neighboring land plot to expand the garden. This expansion includes walkway for visitors to leisurely tour the garden. Over the years it has hosted over 3500 varieties of plants. The garden has ensured numerous South Florida hurricanes since its inception and continues to flourish.
